What It Cost To Build A Barndominium In Oklahoma, Featuring @OurBarndoHome

Huge thanks to Cassie & Cody @OurBarndoHome on Instagram for sharing their build info with us! This series wouldn’t be possible without homeowners willing to open up, so if you’re on Instagram, please make sure to check them out.

Total cost to build was $286,000, turn-key, meaning the build was completed by a general contractor without direct work by the home owner.

The build broke ground in late March 2021 and spanned 11 months. Cassie and Cody moved in, in February 2022.

The home’s footprint measures 80’x80’ with 40’x40’ house, and 40’x40’ shop. Inside the home you’ll find 4 beds, 2 full baths, and 20 foot ceilings in the living area.

FINANCING Cassie and Cody used AVB Bank and report that their experience was wonderful. If you give them a call, please let them know how you heard of them!

$$$ SAVES •Cody completed all of the electrical work saving an estimated $20,000.00 •Concrete floors •Cleaning the site themselves

$$$ SPLURGES •Black trim windows •Countertops •Cabinets
